PVC breading pipe-making plant consists of three heavy plates having 18+18+6 specially designed glass made of alloy steel through 18+18+6 spider. This spider contains the bobbin of the thread .18+18+6 also tension fitted with glass. That’s tension made by the stainless steel to avoid the Jung. Machine is drive with suitable drive dc motor. two plates is rotating clock & inticlock wise direction. One plates is fitted for the 6 straight thread, 13 sets of die & nozzle. Breaded Machine: • 36” dia double plates+18”single plate. • Mounted on heavy channel frame plates diameter: 36” made of alloy steel material. • Straight thread plate :18” dia • Bearing block[DOUBLE] :R.D.eng bearing block is specially designed with heavy block & plate with heavy taper roller bearing fitted with spindle & chiknett.
