Automatic Shrink Sleeve Machine is designed to feed, cut and apply sleeve onto the bottle. The machine is completely PLC based with touch screen panel and HMI. The product bottle enters into the machine at equal intervals by the help of an feed worm. The sleeve is fed by the help of an feed worm. The sleeve is fed from a spool situated at the rear of the machine & brought through several roller guides to the feeding / cutting unit mounted on the mandrel, the unit located at the front. All the function of sleeve movements are controlled by Servo Motor and Sensors which ensures the perfect unwinding of the sleeve rolls.
